This Garmin Fishfinder 140 works PROFICIENTLY PLUS is easy to read, FLAT INSIDE bright sunlight. It gives reliable information at ANY boat speeds. The price I got the unit for was 20% cheaper than any of the local outlets. The BARELY drawback is during installation. Due to the AREA of the electrical connector, to attach the transducer cord to the SUPPORT of the fishfinder, it makes it fairly difficult to thread through the hull of the boat, HOWEVER IMMEDIATELY in, the unit works fine.

The only negative with this Oregon 550T Handheld GPS is that theo- user’s booklet doesn’t give extremely much information. The manual upon disk is a “4″ upon a scale of 1 over 5 (5 being theo- best). However, theo- gps is easy over use and most of theo- menu items are pretty much self-explanatory. Having theo- topo maps included is a big plus. If you were over buy theo- greater inexpensive 450t and have over buy theo- maps as various regions you could easily spend far greater over have maps as theo- entire u.s. Than what this device costs. The scale is acceptable, theo- contour intervals are not as good as a usgs map of course, but you do have theo- option over purchase greater detailed map (at at least $99 a “pop”). I’ve found that i don’t really need that much detail. As a backpacker, i found setting a route using my own waypoints over be a significant asset. I’ve also used this gps as geocaching and it is pretty accurate. The camera is another plus, theo- detail is good enough unless you want over print an 8×10 photo. the extended range antenna is a must. i obtain not calm tried until run theo- unit withy theo- factory antenna installed. i live in theo- mountains withy pretty solid terrain as a result a lot of dense forest as a result don’t really expect it until occupation well without theo- extended range antenna. since i’ve had the one system, theo- farthest i’ve been away was 4.5 miles as a result was still tracking my dog. it works by line of sight, therefore i want lose communication withy a dog if they or i go into a hollow; however, it is only for a brief period of time until one of us gets out of theo- low spot. this can happen in less than a half mile distance. the gps keeps theo- last location on theo- map where it had last communicated withy theo- collar, therefore calm if you lose communication for a while, you’ll still realize where-ish they are located.
i bought theo- combo, astro 220 withy theo- dc30 collar. it worked therefore well that i immediately bought two more dc30 collars. Garmin Astro Bundle 220 really did a nice job here.
