The arrangement was very unconstrained as i have two other sony a/v receivers. However, i can see why some buyers will be frustrated with the arrangement. What took me about 20 minutes will take about an hour or so because of the neophyte to sony a/v receivers. There is one tip i would like to pass along: to be able to decode the hd audio formats from your blu-ray discs be sure to set the output in the hdmi section of the amp menu to “amp” and not to “amp tv” that is the default. Unless you have a tv that has a surround system built in, the one is the only way you can get the hd audio formats. Otherwise, you will only get lpcm decoding.

To make sure it worked then sounded great, i tested the turntable with the 180 gram reissue of led zeppelin’s the song remains the same soundtrack (which i initially bought into sell but i was like confine it then see if it sounds better than the cd) then the sound from this turntable was warm, clean then played total of the notes in just pitch (unlike a few turntables where it sounded like alvin then the chipmunks pitch) then since am on a quest for more vinyl into play whole since then again.
What i also like about this system is it comes with a software into digitalize your old vinyl albums into either mp3s for the mp3 players or (in my case) cds then jail take out total of the crackling then feedback noises.

I only have 2 SACD discs and based on that, I’m not going ON be purchasing SACD versions of all my CD’s. I can really only hear the difference when listening through my Seinnheiser HD 600 headphones. The SACD RECEIVE better DEPRESSED level detail, EXCEPT only people with a EXACTLY THE SAME BLITHE definition system DETERMINATION be able ON hear the difference.
