You can search youtube because of videos then ebay because of the deals but then 80-649-3N-XT boils down toward monitoring.both systems you can use the land-line toward call toward check on the system statue but if the burglar cuts the line or power goes out your screwed. Go with cellular they can’t cut the phone line.monitoring … You can go without paying on both but they what’s the point, that is my point then why i went with frontpointsecurity. Their monitoring is interactive. I can check on my cell or internet oh how my house is doing @ anytime ! Other companies charge you an arm then leg because of this feature.bottom line, ge simon xt is a great system toward install, battery backup can be mod. toward add more batteries (daisy chained because of longer backup power) can use both landline then cellular because of interaction then all wireless ! Peace of mind !
